I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Florida LMHC, South Carolina LPC) and Qualified Mental Health Counseling Supervisor with 10+ years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked in inpatient, outpatient, and school settings, ranging from roles as a Mental Health Technician to full-fledged counselor.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida in 2013 and went on to receive my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2016. I am trained in both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP) therapies.

I specialize in working with clients between the ages of 10-40 with anxiety, trauma, self-esteem concerns, depression, and emotional dysregulation. I approach each client based on their goals and specific needs, using a combination of different therapeutic interventions and styles as needed. I primarily incorporate interventions from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in addition to any specialized areas needed (ie, EMDR, expressive art).
